"That's a nice team, and they're going to do really well this year," said Huntley coach Kris Grabner, whose team defeated Plainfield North 4-1 last season . "They have speed and play very quick."

Kaytlyn Owens stopped six shots to earn her fourth shutout for Huntley (4-0).

"We have so many great players, and we're healthy," Owens said. "We just have to keep working hard, and that's what we did today."

"We know we have a good team," said Auble, who had 12 goals in 2010. "We just have to play up to our capability each game and continue to show people how good we are."
